BHHDFF - Opening Party

Eric and Tiffany Anderson (the producer and his wife) went down to the opening party of the Film Festival today.

First we stopped by the theater were the festival calls home - The Wilshire Screening Room
There we recieved our pass for the festival and talked to a few filmmakers. We met up with Nick Stentzel who is the director of UNHINGED, which was a film that was made at BYU along with our film.

After talking with a few people we headed to the opening night party which was hosted at Joe's Joint on Pico. We talked to several filmmakers there and invited people to the screening of DIRT.

UPDATE: The website is in the works, we have a few polishing touches to put on it and we can launch soon. Hopefully we can get a cut of the trailer done as well to go along with the behind-the-scenes. This will add a bit of dimension to those who visit and will hopefully get people excited about seeing the film. We are expecting the new website by the end of the year.

Film Has Been Sent!

The master copy of the film has been sent off to the Beverly Hills Hi-Def Film Festival!
They are working on the schedule right now, so soon it will be up on the website, they do have a list of films that have been accepted on the site. The film's name was properly shown on the website with all lowercase letters. Thanks!

See the list of films showing here.

Unfortunately we have recieved bad news as well... our submission into the 2009 Sundance Film Festival has been rejected. Although it was a long shot, we still had hope that we would get to be a part of the festival. Perhaps when we make our first feature.
